ESG is a Preferred DELL Service Partner (DSP), an accreditation we have held for many years now with a signed MSA & NDA in place. We primarily work in the Dell SMB market (1 to 500 heads) through call centres based in Ireland, Scotland and India. These range from simple Microsoft SBS server installations through to large DELL/EMC SAN deployments based around virtualisation. Because of the length and solidity of this relationship we have installed more SBS servers than any other company in the world, with over 1000 server & 10,000 desktop deployments each year.
At ESG we pride ourselves on our ability to translate technical ideas from the DELL sales representatives into plain English for their clients. By closely liaising with these clients we enable a cradle to grave solution which is totally customised to suit their needs.
We don’t just focus on server implementations however, we have also carried out large managed deployments of desktops at some of the UK’s best known companies including, Deutsche Bank, PWC, Alliance & Leicester, Serco, Cadburys to name but a few and at Health, Education & local authorities including Camden, Hackney, Chelsea & Westminster, St Barts, St Thomas as well as the largest educational win for DELL at City & Islington University.
